If you are ready to help lead the Boston chapter, submit your name for nomination to the board for the upcoming year.  See the Call for Nominations for complete details, and submit your nomination for yourself or another member by July 10, 2010.

BUT:  You don’t have to be a Chapter Officer to make a contribution!  There are other ways you can make a difference; join one of the teams listed below!!  Like all things in life, you get back what you give and as an all volunteer organization, our chapter needs you!

No matter how much time you have we can use your help!!  There are many possibilities for as much or as little time as you can contribute:
 

Membership Team – Assist in planning our events for our new members and send welcoming letters.

Sponsorship Team – Assist in obtaining sponsorship funds, non-dues revenue, and in-kind support necessary for the operation of the chapter

Communication Team – Assist with the production and distribution of the Chapter Newsletter, Chapter Website and other communications we send to our members.

Golf Events Team – Assist in setting the calendar and selecting the golf courses for our Chapter Golf Events.   

Event Coordinator – Coordinate one of our weekend events.  The Boston chapter is very excited to offer all event coordinators a discount on their greens fees for the event they have volunteered to coordinate.   Don't miss out on this great opportunity to play one of your favorite courses at a special price.  

Golf Education Team – Help organize our golf education and player development program for our members – Link Up 2 Golf, Breaking 100, How Low Can You Go?

Leadership Team – Assist with establishing and maintaining a pool of volunteers needed for our Chapter Events.

Kickoff and End of Season Team - assist with choosing a venue, menu and activities for these two events.
