Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be entered through the web site prior to the designated cancellation deadline; refunds will be processed by EWGA Boston.  If you feel that you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please notify golfevents@ewgaboston.org

        
Event cancellations after the deadline must be directed to the Event Coordinator.  Proper notification is the courteous thing to do and is the responsibility of the member who is canceling.  

Refunds to a member who cancels after the cancellation deadline will be made if:
o An alternate player pays for and attends the event.
o The golf course does not charge us for the member who cancelled.

A minimum number of registrants may be required for an event.  If an event is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will provide a full refund.

League fees are not refundable after the cancellation deadline.  In the event that a member cannot participate in a league, EWGA Boston Chapter will assist the member in attempting to find a replacement.  The member shall be responsible for making financial arrangements with the replacement.
